Upgrades 1.0 is almost here you guys, you have today left to pre order for just L$1000 and then tomorrow it is full release and the price goes up.  Today I have 3 items from the box so if you do not want spoilers then look away now!  I am so hyped it is unreal and trust me when I say I will spend the rest of this blog post blethering on about these items.  So if you want to read more about that then keep on reading this post!

Ok so first let's talk about these signs.  The "Upgrades" and "Caution Keep Back" tape are both by Violetility and are from the box.  There is also a Discount Mods signs and an "Augments" sign, plus a "Police Line Do Not Cross" tape and a blank one.  To finish off the set is a street lamp.  Everything is mod and you can recolour until your heart's content.  I, of course, went for the classic cyan!  Then we have my little robot friend here, he is called "Little Beep Boop" and is by Hilted for the box.  He has a HUD full of colour options, eye expressions, body textures and various options for movement and sound.  He is so cute and I love him to death and I just wanna hug him!

As for my outfit, I went this the super cool cyber inspired outfit by Psycho Byts.  They make really cool clothing and accessories and this newest release of theirs has not disappointed.  It was originally released at CyberPunk fair but will now be in store.

 Oh hello there, is that my LAQ Neve head I see?  Why yes it is!  I haven't worn this head in a while, mostly because I just hadn't bought anything new for it.  I got my hands on the LAQ Powder Pack that was released on March 31st and now I have a bunch of new pretties for my head.  I also adjusted my shape a little.  My old shape was very focused on a more pointy elf look and I wanted to make it a little softer.  I don't think it is quite perfect yet but I am happy with the changes so far.  Give it a week and I will probably have it just the way I want it.

I am sorry I never got a video unboxing done of this pack.  In short, because I have been very sick I ended up taking a short "holiday" to try and recuperate and now it's been more than 2 weeks since its release so I felt it was a little pointless now?  Or would you still like to see the unboxing video?  I guess now it would be more of a try on since I have already opened it all, haha.  Anyway if you would still like to see that then just comment on this post or on my Facebook or whatever.

Ok, now onto my outfit.  Plastik has a lot of awesome new things and I was in awe!  I literally could not choose what I wanted to blog first there is so much awesome.  I love making fantasy posts so much and Plastik is always drip feeding me amazing content to blog with.  To complete the outfit I added these wings by Deadly Nightshade which the gold is just perfect with the outfit.  The earrings I have are actually attached to these ears.  I have wanted to show these off for a long time but I never had the perfect look.  They come with 12 metal textures and a colour customization HUD which you can use to tint them any colour you like.  I also love with their ears that the skin parts have more than 1 area to colour.  You pick the base skin colour, and then the highlights and shadows are separate and you can tint them any colour you like to give more or less depth to the ears.  I love it.

The location of my photos is Short Leash's new location.  I am actually down in the Puppy Park which is a group only area, but the group is free to join.  To say the park is beautiful would be an understatement.  Once you get past the beauty you notice how tranquil it is.  It's full of beautiful and colourful flowers, sparkling trees, and plenty of chill out spots where you watch the waterfalls splash and just relax.  It is really a stunning park and I think it may well be my new favourite place for lighter fantasy looks.  I totally recommend checking it out.

Pink hair, don't care.  Oh am I in a mood today, haha, but look at the cuteness and the foodness and the om nom nom.  I have been craving a burger for a few days now and I blame this cute as hell furniture.  That is my excuse and I am sticking to it!  Anyways, today's post is a cute one, so hope you like it.

Incase you hadn't already figured this whole post is based around the decor.  It is just too cute and it made me shed my darkness and opt for something a little more kawaii.  The sushi themed stools and food comes in both a pastel pink and pastel blue which are super cute and match the donut from the Project Hilted box just perfect.  The colours are spot on.  I also could not resist adding this hot dog and burger which are actually couches you can sit on, cuddle on and uhm... do other stuff on.  I just scaled them down a bit to fit my scene.  The cereal bowl you see there on the stool?  Yeah also scaled down, it is actually a pool and the fruit loops are pool floaties!  How cool is that!

For my look, I dug out some oldies but goodies by Moda that are candy themed.  I love these and they have an extensive colour HUD which you can mix and match to create a variety of looks.  I also popped on this bikini which has pastel colours you can purchase that are almost a perfect match for the shoes and jewellery.  I had to top it off which this tattoo because come on it is perfect right?  And I finally put on this makeup to show you guys.  I have actually had it for a while but just never had the right look to show it off, since within a couple of days of buying it I went back to a darker style.

The icing on the cake is these poses which come with the lollypop.  You get the mirrors of the poses and the lolly for each hand.  The perfect poses always help set the scene of your pictures, and these just worked wonderfully for this one.  Oh, and I am wearing dinosaur earrings because why the hell not?  I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Welp, I am rather late to the party on this one, my bad.  Better late than never right?  Powder Pack for Genus just dropped a few days ago and you can now buy it from their MP or Inworld location.  In this pack we got 5 skin fatpacks, 1 pack of eyebrows, 4 packs of eye makeups, 1 blush pack, 3 freckle/mole packs, 4 lipstick packs, 4 lash packs, 1 eye pack and 1 nose contour pack which makes your nose more defined.  So yeah, we got a LOT of stuff and I go through it all in my unboxing video.

For my pictures, I am wearing a few things from the pack.  This eyeliner is by Spicy Bodyshop and comes with 6 colour variations.  They also made eyebrows, blush and some moles/freckles which all come with Genus appliers, Omega appliers and tattoo layers for bakes on mesh whenever we get that.  My eyes and eyelashes are by Euphoric for Powder Pack and the eyes are my new love.  There are some stunning 2 tone combos in the pack with 12 eye colours in total to pick from, AND you can colour each eye separately which I love.  Lipstick is by Pink Fuel which comes in 8 colours with 5 variations for each.  I use small 2, which is not an overlined lipstick like the large size, and the 2 simple means its more blended at the edged to create a more natural look.

My skin is by Essences and is my new favourite thing.  I am wearing the second palest shade E2 which is close to my normal pale look and just to die for.  The paler shade, E1, has a very grey look to it which would be perfect for vampires or drow characters.  This skin pack was my favourite from the whole box.  I love the look it gives to my face, and the colour tones are perfect for my more fantasy and gothic style which I am deep into at the moment.

All the decor and skybox is by Hilted.  They were on a sci-fi kick recently and made a bunch of funky items.  If you go to their mainstore you will find many more sci-fi things, I just couldn't fit them all into this scene.  So if that is your thing go and check it out.  This entire skybox and decor was 121 Li, so I am totally picking this up soft linked and keeping it for the future.  There is a big window on the skybox which I "Edited Linked Parts" and moved down so it didn't obscure my view while filming.  You would also maybe want to do this if you were using it for a photo backdrop.  It was each to move and easy to put back into place when I was finished.

Finally!  Finally I am here to unbox my Builder's Box that has been taunting me for daaaaays.  It has sat in my inventory, just mocking me while I stare at it in its unopened glory, trying to muster some words to describe its torment.  Alas, my voice had gone and I could not record.  However here we are, sounding a little croaky, but finally unboxing this beauty.

Normally in these unboxing videos I do a lot of "omg it's cute" and it makes for a great drinking game if you want to get hammered.  However, this time there was a lot of "Oh that's so cool" which is rather unusual for me.  The box had a lot of unique items, and a few I became very inspired by.  The Anxiety skybox is what I used for my photos along with the 220ML drink set.  It makes for a cute little club scene and I really love this skybox.  The bottles from the 220ML set also recoloured nicely, just need to do a bit of camera magic to get to the right faces to tint.

My outfit is a pretty simple one using items from the XOXO hunt and Syndicate Sunday.  So lots of freebies and cheapies make this up.  A particular favourite of mine from the XOXO hunt are these heart particle thingies.  I love stuff like this and these are insanely cute and not too in your face.  You get a good view of them during the video as I unbox the Builder's Box items.

Unicorns, unicorns everywhere.  Hey guys and today I have a video unboxing for you.  This is a new box by a store called Hilted.  Each month there will be a new theme with 5 items included in each box by the store.  It releases on the 1st of every month and is only L$500 to pre-order.  Yes, really.  So that is L$100 per item if you pre-order.  The first 24 hours of release it goes up to L$600, and then after that will be L$700 and will be in the mainstore, available to purchase whenever.  So in short, it is great value!

I had already picked my outfit before I started filming.  I went for a silver look because I thought it would be pretty neutral as I had no idea what would be in the box.  I had been after these glass platform heels by Moda for a while, and man they did not disappoint.  They are stunning, and the materials are just divine.  I teamed them up with this dress by TRS for Naughty vs Nice, and then I was stuck on what to do next.  I eventually settled on some of the accessories from the Unicorn Kinn gacha by Plastik.  I have the whole set and figured these were rather fitting.

For the final scene and my blog photos, I have a couple of items from Half Deer which I got for Fifty Linden Friday which is the dresser and the lamp.  I actually got a few things from Fifty Linden Friday and a few things from The Saturday Sale, as well as some items I already that were out for The Saturday Sale.  So if I feel ok tomorrow I think I might do a haul video since I will have about 8 items to show guys.  The cushion I am sitting on is amazing.  not only does it have sits but it has activities including reading and colouring which rezz out props so you look like you are doing the activity.  I am putting this in my home right after this as well as the unicorn stuff.  For my makeup, I went mostly simple but did add this cute blush with stars on it by Rainbow Sundae.  I really enjoy their make up as they do make a few sizes of the make-ups for certain heads, as well as Omega appliers.  For instance, this blush isn't made for Genus but the Omega version works well!

So I hope you guys check out my video of the unboxing, as there are only 5 items in this so its a short and sweet one.  Which has worked out well for me because it is now 8pm and the grumpy old man inside me wants to have some hot cocoa and watch cartoons, so once I finish this all up I think I am going to go and sit on my couch with my laptop and just relax with Sammy for a while.  Or go to a club, whatever we feel like.

The entire outfit I am wearing is a gacha from Epiphany.  There is a bunch of other added items you can get, like a skin pack, some jewelry, ears, etc.  I just went with the kind of snowy look to match the beautiful pale skin.  I love the legs on this so much.  I have a few legs like this, however, they only go to mid-thigh or upper thigh.  These are the only ones I have that are the full lower body and I love them.

The face on this skin is just stunning, and in my video, I also showed the tan version which was gorgeous.  My Genus look tends to have a more young look, but these skins give it a much more grown-up feel which is pretty nice.

I don't really have much else to say.  I feel so drained right now from whatever is making me sick and I just want to sleep all the time.  However, tomorrow the first Powder Pack for Genus drops and I am so excited!  I am of course going to make a video about it and my whole afternoon is clear.  I can't wait to dive in.

This is where I write a little introduction to my blog post.  Today, however, I just don't really have anything to say.  I am in a strange mood, I had this scene semi set up a few days ago, and I just kind of went with it.  I hadn't even planned anything, I thought maybe this would just be a decor post but I plopped myself into it because why not? So here it is.

The bulk of today's scene is for Syndicate Sunday which is currently on now, with all the items being just L$69 until December 9th.  The website is listed below with a full gallery for you to check out.  I added in a couch from Builder's Box, and a cute piece of wall art from the Cheeky Pea advent Calendar.  I think it came out nice?

I plonked myself and my new pal in the scene as well for good measure.  I actually never got him from the event but off of Marketplace for a really good price.  For my look, well I have been wearing PJ's in SL for over a week now.  I don't know why I am just feeling the comfy vibes I guess.  My nails are also from Syndicate Sunday too!

And that is it really.  I kind of have a sore head and I think I forgot to take painkillers earlier, oops!  I also have a lot of texture work today, *insert sarcastic yay*, so I will catch you guys in the next one!

It's here, the box I have been anticipating for a couple of months now, it's the Builder's Box Snowstorm!  This time of year is just Christmas everywhere, and I am not a fan.  However, I love winter, to me, it is the most beautiful season.  So to have this box's theme be a winter season theme and not holiday was super exciting for me.  So let's unbox this bad boy.

I really enjoyed unboxing this and it did not disappoint.  I am totally redoing one of our homes with one of the buildings and then the decor.  I am just sure which one yet, I will have to consult Sammy.  The decor is all stunning and I can see me using every single piece to make a completed home.

In these pictures, I have rezzed a few pieces outside to help me finish off the decor.  This is a community sim where we live most of the time and I have been needing some wintery outdoor stuff to finish it off.  I am going to playing with this more once I finish off this post.

Alright, so today I have a post that was meant for yesterday... but I was slightly hungover and tired and decided not to do it.  My bad.  It does beg the question, is requesting a deadline extension on Blogtex with the reasoning of "I am too hung over today" a good enough answer?  Because I almost felt like I needed to ask for one as one of my deadlines now has less than 24 hours left.  Oopsie!  Anyways, here it is!

Today I also decided to go back to playing with depth of field.  I have played with it loads of times before and never sticks to my pictures.  After finding out it was because my resolution was too high, I decided to just not try.  The resolution on these pictures is smaller, which can mean less detail, but has the added depth of field giving more interest.  Its a pay off really and I kind of wanted to see how it would work out.  What would be more valuable, interesting pictures or high detailed pictures?

The jumper I have on I got for this week's Fifty Linden Friday.  I purchased a couple of things actually from FLF and Saturday Sale, but none of them really went together so that is why I only have this 1 item.  I for a rideable toy train, a pair of boots, and some men's jeans this week.  So a nice little haul.  I also have this bindi on from Syndicate Sunday which goes on until December 9th and has a bunch of items from a variety of stores for just L$69.  Yay for bargains!

That is pretty much it.  I know this one is kind of short and sweet, but in all honesty, I am still feeling a bit off.  I can't take some of my medication if I have had alcohol and so my hands are very shaky today.  Anywho, I hope you have enjoyed this post!
